The Story of this Project...
This project aims to assist ten girls in Northern Ghana to continue with their education at Business Senior High School. Because of financial difficulties, these girls are at great risk of dropping out and being forced into early marriage. Instead Create Change hopes to help them through high school and university, so they can become business leaders in their communities.
These girls dream of learning so they can one day be professionals, and become independent. However, most have lost one parents, while others come from extremely poor families who survive from what they grow on their small plots of land. Years when the rains are too strong or too weak, the family has no surplus to sell. Parents are often forced to make the choice between selling having enough food or going hungry in order to pay for school fees.
By providing them with school fees and educational materials, these girls will be able to fulfill their full potential. They are all currently studying business, and aspire to attend university and bring change to their communities.
Support the girls of today to create women leaders for tomorrow.
