Support this project so that these ten young women have the opportunity to become business leaders in the future. With access to education at Business Senior High School, these girls will be able to capitalize on their potential and bring change to their communities.
Support the girls who have been able to graduate from high school and now dream of securing a career for themselves. These bright girls are in need of financial support so they can afford tuition, so they can complete a tertiary degree and pull their families out of poverty.
Dungu Primary is currently ill equipped and lacks many important school supplies necessary to provide quality education. The provision of educational materials will drastically improve the education offered at this primary school, so kids will have the proper foundation to continue their education so they can climb out of poverty.
With access to education, these ten girls have the potential to become leaders in their communities. They are currently at risk of dropping out of school, and need external support in order to develop a career and fulfill their potential.
Sikena Awadu is an 8 year old girl living in Northern Ghana.
Medical complications when she was a young child resulted in Sikena losing the lower parts of both of her legs, her left hand and 3 fingers on her right hand. Despite this Sikena has shown remarkable strength and courage and is attempting to live a normal life with her family.
