Having grown up in Tamale, Ghana, Eunice is very familiar with the challenges that children, especially girls in rural communities, face when it comes to access to relevant quality education. With over seven years’ experience working with and managing Create Change’s Girls’ Education program, as well as a Masters degree in NGO Management, Eunice has developed the relationships, experience and knowledge to lead our operations in Ghana.
HEAD OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Zak is the Finance and Administration Director for Create Change in Ghana, and is in charge of ensuring every donor dollar is spent efficiently and correctly. His passion has always been for his work in finance to help people climb out of poverty and he has a strong track record of assisting organizations stand out among their peers in the area of fund management.
As a former sponsored student of Create Change who was able to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Human Settlement Planning, Huzeima understands the importance of Create Change’s programs. She is now responsible for overseeing the implementation of both theGirls’ Education and Rural Education projects. Huzeima is excited about the opportunity lead girls’ empowerment programs, and is passionate about seeing the girls she works with develop into leaders.
KAILAN ABDULAI MOHAMMED
SOCIAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Kailan is a native of Tamale, who holds Higher National diploma in Accounting at the Tamale Polytechnic and a level 5 management Consultancy Certificate. He is very passionate about entrepreneurship and business development and have volunteered as a Management Consultant with SME and with Challenge Worldwide and International Service. Kailan is passionate about skills training and employment and working towards self-sufficiency and economic growth.
ASSISTANT FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION (PROGRAMS)
Mary has worked with Create Change for many years, initially as an intern with the Girls’ Education program. She now holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and plays an important role bridging the gap between the Girls' Education program and finance department, ensuring girls receive support when discussing tough topics like financial aid.
ASSISTANT FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION (SOCIAL ENTERPRISE)
Gladys is one of the participants from Create Change's “For our Daughters” Vancouver Speaking tour in 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from the University for Development Studies and is now overseeing the financial management Create Change's Social Enterprises. Once a sponsored student herself, Gladys has a passion to help girls get to be educated like her.
SOCIAL ENTERPRISE MARKETING OFFICER
Beatrice is a former sponsored student, who had the chance to travel to Canada in 2011 as part of Create Change's 'For Our Daughters' speaking tour. Beatrice plays a key role in the set up of Create Change's girls' training schools, and planning out their marketing strategies. Having grown up in poverty herself, Beatrice understands the importance of providing girls with both education and skills training to help them escape the cycle of poverty.
